It normally takes about 7 working days for a single architectural rendering project, but of course it depends on how big the project is and 3 day rush project also are available with additional charge . For animation work, we need 4 weeks for 3 minutes project.
Please send your CAD dwg files showing all elevations, floor plans, site plans and roof plans. Please specify the building finish materials and colors by sending us the images of building materials and colors.
We provide a materials library (by request) for your convenience. Please tell us how big picture you need to print out and which format you need to have the finish product.
Process
1> Check set will be submitted for Client approval. The Client will be responsible for making clear and concise revision notes and markups. The purpose of this check set is for the Client to approve the building design accuracy and camera perspective. Revisions, notes, and markups are to be resubmitted within a 48 hour timeframe to maintain the project completion.
2> Check set will be submitted for Client final approval. This set will have colors, textures, and lighting as agreed upon at the previous approval. This rendering will contain people, landscaping, lighting, and shadows as specified by the Client.3> Any further modifications beyond the first two check sets will be subject to additional services, where pricing will be determined by the scope of revisions. The Client will be notified of charges prior to any work.
4> Once the second check set has been approved, we will insert the Client's logo, information, proper title, and resubmit to the Client for a final.
